Barnes and Noble - Nook e-reader

The CEO of Barnes and Noble William Lynch unveiled the Nook Tablet. The company will be able to now sell this product. Over the holidays the online sales jumped from 43% to 327 million. The large increase was driven by thr Nook. The regular products that were being sold at Barnes and Noble fell from the previous years due to everybody going out to by the Nook instead of going to by books. In December, cosumers were purchasing well over 1 million sales of acually Nook devices.

1/4/12 Do Now

I do not store photos on my lab top my dad stores it all on his computer. When I do work on the computer I save it to different folders to stay organized. I never have uploaded a video on my computer. I am neither hierarchical or non hierarchical system because I do not store photos,videos,etc on my computer. 

Tagging - is the process of assigning short, descriptive labels to digital information.

ex: Facebook, your able to tag friends in photos.

Social Bookmarking - is a method for internet users to organize, store, and manage and search for bookmarks of online resources.
